is registered Maryland Sales and Use Tax license.
Recruitment
Your Concepts and Client agree that during the term of
this agreement and period of 60 days thereafter, neither party will make any
offer or solicitation or otherwise directly recruit the employees of the other
party without prior written consent of that party.
Prepay Discount Schedule:
Customers may reduce their effective labor rates by pre-paying for labor according to the following table:
